Overview
The Network of Excellence on Risk Research NOE (Risk NOE program hereafter)
promotes various kind of research projects on risk analysis. Focusing on
statistical and mathematical disciplines, we help academic researchers (
not only domestic but oversea) to cooperate with practitioners in
various fields, and we also promote joint research projects by several
academic researchers from different domain of sciences.
Not only scientific programs, we also foster social activities based on
academic research ideas, and support public relation activities to draw
more attentions on the importance of risk analysis.
Risk NOE program will be run by the accession organizations of the Risk
Research Network which was established on November 2005. (We do not
accept an individual member.) As a core organization, the members of
Risk Analysis Research Center, the Institute of Statistical Mathematics,
support the Risk Research Network and Risk NOE program.
